Gun Hill
We are about to start an exciting new chapter! Moving from the largest house in our town to a cosy cottage in the peaceful Sussex hamlet called Gun Hill.
Its going to be a big change, but as they say it’s all about Location, Location, Location.
Instead of cars, buses, traffic jams and noise, we care going to live in absolute silence, with fresh air and deers wandering outside (six of them crossed the lane in front of our house last time we visited). Imagine Bambi standing outside your door in the morning wanting a treat.
Our house conversion plans are ambitious, either a 5 bed or 3 large bedroom conversion which we want to have completed before Christmas. We already have an architect working on the designs, and we’ve not moved in yet.
Imagine Christmas morning, looking out over the endless fields and trees with the wood fire cracking away and the smell of the dinner cooking on the AGA……… Bliss.
Bailey the Labrador is in for a real treat — endless fields to explore and new scents to chase. She’s going to thrive in country life!
